After looking around and researching e-bikes, I went into Movement Systems to look for a good used one. Michael was really genuine and helpful as were the other staff I met. Found a great bike, got all the information, had a test ride and am really happy with my new Rilu wheels. 12 month warranty and servicing there at the shop is awesome. Probably not the easiest place to park at, but definitely worth checking out if you are in the market.

If I could give them a 10 star review I would. The level of service they give to their customers is one I have rarely experienced anywhere else. They helped me fix my scooter that was not even purchased through them and had to deal with an incompetent manufacturer in the states and they did so while always updating me on the progress. I highly recommend Movement Systems for all you bike and scooter needs, they are AMAZING!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindness and hard work. The best and kindest people I've ever met. Just had my Giant Suede bike E converted. New tyres, brakes and gears plus a fab detailing job. I popped in to buy a bike a few weeks ago. Really friendly and knowledgeable team. They listened to what I wanted and showed me what they had in stock. No messing around. They did me a great deal on accessories, and had everything fitted and ready to go for me the next day. Movement systems in Burswood is a bit of a drive for us in the Northern suburbs but we'll worth it these guys are great they can do what other bike shops cannot very knowledgeable with there craft and can source parts that others cannot. Dropped in with an electric bike issue having never visited the store before. The 2 fellas on hand could not have been more helpful and spent considerable time (an hour or more) debating and investigating the issue. Could easily have been up for a new battery for $600 plus but due to their persistance to find a solution, this was avoided.No charge with a simple request to use them in future when the need arises which I will definitely be doing!Top shop & staff!

Best experience I have had at a bike shop. The staff were attentive, eager to help and extremely polite with my requests. I was served by Mike who was tasked with a fitting my new road bike for me. Not only did he do an amazing job fitting the bike, but with his 50+ years of experience he provided me with priceless tips and techniques to improve my cycling performance as well as go through the biomechanics and anatomy. At the end of the fitting, I purchased a few other basic items including a small repair kit and bike helmet. There was no upselling or trying to make me purchase additional items. Mike was straight to the point and incredibility passionate and helpful. I also wanted to try out an indoor bike trainer but was not entirely set on the price. Mike said I could take it home to trial and if I like it, to come back and buy it. I was bewildered by the level of trust, honesty and overall integrity of Mike and the establishment, I could not recommend this shop enough!!!

Highly recommend! Very extensive range of bikes, parts, e-scooter parts. Rang around to scooter shops all over Perth who did not have what I needed for e-scooter (you would think e-scooter shops would have inner tubes and tyres - nope! Only online ????) but movement systems had BULK in-stock great prices and went above and beyond staying back to wait for me after closing hours. Thank you! I highly recommend this business. I have a basic e bike which I love but recently blew a tyre and took it to another bike shop. On test ride there was a loud grinding noise from rear wheel which wasn't there before and little power. They denied touching any of the workings and said I need another battery as they only last 2 years. I said I only occasionally ride the bike and always charge it on return home . Purchased new battery, no change. Found this business and took it to them, they saw problem very quickly and showed me that previous bike shop had to touch workings so they could remove tyre but didn't put it back together again properly, loose wires and two were touching so it could have caught fire. My old battery was tested and found to be in perfect working order, they also loosened my chain as it was very tight.They told me the batteries last a lot longer than 2 years especially when not ridden every day. Bike fixed within half an hour.

These guys are the BEST! My handlebars seized up on the way to work and came in to the shop as they opened, panicking. I was instantly made to feel calm- they told me to grab a coffee across the road and would have it ready by the time I got back. They were true to their word and it was such a great price and they were so kind and great to chat with! Couldn’t recommend this shop more! So so many cool bikes here and they have time for everyone and you can tell they really care about bikes and people too ! Will definitely come back over and over ! :)

I didn't know the shop but stumbled on it with Foogle Maps. I had an issue with the seat post slipping on my bike. The owner (I think) took my bike out the back and solved the issue. He didn't charge me, even though he spent time on the job. The shop itself was pretty amazing. I would trust this shop with purchases and repairs. Many thanks!

Great advice and value for money price. Great experience buying my first e-bike. I’m working in Perth for the next 12 months and decided an e-bike would be the best option for my commute. There are wonderful bike tracks around the city of Perth and the roads feel really safe. Had a fantastic day exploring on my first day with bike (Swan River to DFO with zero dramas) . If you’re working in Perth, I definitely recommend getting an e-bike from Movement Systems for getting around.

Although I have my own workshop, I was out of town and my E bike needed some simple adjustments. My battery was faulty and needed replacement, but that’s not what I went in to get done the cables needed, oiling and adjusting, which is only a few dollars very minor stuff but when I got home and took the bike for a ride. A new battery had been put in but not charged for so I gave the guys five stars for not charging me for a brand new battery. Cheers they must’ve mixed my bike up with the paperwork bonus five stars to use guys.

Movement Systems was recommended to fix my ebike. The guy was skilful and professional. He discovered the problem and explained the issue to me. There are lots of bike shops in Perth but when you come across one operated by someone with great depth of knowledge and an excellent range of bikes, both electric and push bike, why go elsewhere. Highly recommend.Bought another ebike, a beautiful red TEBCO Discovery on advice. Australian made. Adjusted to my specifications (frame and electrics) with some cute bike jewellery thrown in, I’m a very happy owner.

These guys were lovely, brought my old bike in as the chain kept coming off and gears were causing issues. He suggested to turn it into a single speed bike. Picked it up this morning and it runs super smoothly (not creaking at all anymore) they also adjusted the handlebars for me which was very thoughtful. 40$ for the repair seemed very reasonable to me.

Great service, very helpful and fair prices.As an overseas student you need to be mobile in Perth, so the first thing was to buy a second-hand bike from Movement Systems. It was a perfect consultation and a great deal. Since, I have only experienced excellent customer service. Once I had difficulties to change my normal pedals to clip-in pedals, so I just came by, and they helped me immediately without even charging for it. Another time I screwed up my gearing, again they fixed everything in no time and spared me further frustration.I can highly recommend them!

I had a problem with the on/off switch on my Kaabo e-Scooter so I first took it back to where I bought it - a "big name" scooter chain - and was told it needs a new display, and I had to pay $180 upfront and leave it there for at least two weeks before their technician would fix it. I wasn't happy with that so I tried Movement systems. The guy at Movement Systems had a fiddle with it for 30 seconds and it was fixed for no charge! He said it's a common problem.Great stuff - thanks, and I'll be going straight back there anytime I need something scooter-related.Thanks Movement Systems - very happy!

Had been looking around for a spoke for an ultegra hub & rim from about 2015 and was surprised how hard it was - not even Shimano could supply spares. Then I found this shop. There’s an amazing array of bikes for sale both new and some very cool second hand bikes plus a well stocked workshop and a lot of spare parts. The owner was able to fish out exactly what I needed in about 30 seconds to get on the road again and I know where I’ll be going next time I need spares or advice.

Deceptively small frontage, leads into a large showroom, of remarkable & comprehensive selection of cycles, scooters & even skates etc.Steve was so helpful & obliging in resolving my problem, even though I did not get my e-scooter from them. As someone who has not ridden a bike since I was a kid, I was not that confident when I walked into the store. I was able to look around at my own pace without any pressure, and when I was ready to ask questions the guys patiently went through everything with me. As a result I left the store with my bike, even having the confidence to jump on straight away and ride it home.I cannot recommend this store enough. They are not pushy, but they are patient and knowledgeable. They asked me what I was looking for, what the priorities were for me, and instead of trying to sell me what they wanted to sell, sold me exactly what I wanted. Bought a second hand hybrid bike for my daughter (15) who hadn't ridden for a few years. The guys were super helpful with tips and advice for getting started. The guys were not pushy at all and suggested several different styles of bike to test. Bike came with a 12 month warranty. We grabbed a helmet and drink bottle holder, the holder was fitted while we paid for the bike without us even asking. The selection is huge for both new and used. I am so pleased with my second hand bike. I would never want to spend the type of money its takes to get a brand new Giant bike so second hand was such a fantastic option. Had a test run for 3 days over at rotto and its amazing. The customer service is outstanding they made sure I had a bike that was perfect for my hight and lightweight as requested. After picking the bike it was ready for me to pick up within 3 hours looking brand new. They removed the basket off my old bike and put it on my new bike at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bike was registered with the cops and comes with a 12 month warranty. If you want amazing customer service and a unique shopping experience I suggest going here. Just awesome!

We went to motion systems to day and left with two second hand bikes. The service and support they offered was fantastic and went far beyond expectations ☺️. They do get busy based on our experience making it hard for someone to come to us. The second I asked for assistance it was fantastic and could not be happier over all. I later found out I was dealing with the owner and definitely seems like a top bloke.
